Graymalkin has arrived

Who is Graymalkin?
A witch's familiar in Macbeth?
A superhero in a fuzzy cat suit?
A man from parts unknown who plays a helluva game of Contra on the SNES?

He is all of these things and more.  Graymalkin is an old friend of mine, going all the way back to my formative years.  He has endured much in his life and has always come out on top.  He has a creativity like you wouldn't believe, open to the endless possibilities of the universe and theoretical physics, but all tempered with a scientific mind like a steel trap.  Ain't nobody tougher.  Ain't nobody smarter.  Most importantly, ain't nobody nicer.

That's why I've asked Graymalkin to guest blog for me here on Strange Horizons.  He'll be popping in from time to time, granting us his musings on the universe and the future of the human race.  Could be an essay on parallel worlds, could be a piece on black holes, could just be a note on how much he likes s'mores made with Peeps instead of marshmallows (that last bit is a complete fabrication, but I wouldn't put it past him.)  What will he bring us?  I don't know.  But I'm excited to find out.
